The girls hockey team learned their state tournament seed today. They received the 4th seed and will play Proctor/Hermantown on Wednesday Feb.21 at 8pm.

In the spirit of celebrating a love for reading the entire month of February, Mrs. Marvin's College in the High School English students are partnering up with Miss Casperson's kindergarten classes for weekly reading buddy time. Lots of smiles from both classes!

The Native American Education Department, the American Indian Parent Advisory committee, Warroad Public Schools, and the community of Warroad would like to recognize and express our gratitude to Mr. Donald Kakaygeesick for his design and creation of the “Warroad Warrior Logo” that we proudly represent.
We would also like to thank Amy McPherson, an Indigenous artist from Manitoba, she is the creator of Fashion Ikwe Designs, an authentic Indigenous Fashion company, for her work in helping us create the Ojibwe Floral design concept for the Warroad Native American Apparel.
The Native American Department commends the amazing team collaboration, and efforts of all the artist’s, along with Shawna Grapentine, Danielle Smith, and The American Indian Parent Advisory Committee. They together created our beautiful Native American Education apparel that proudly gives back to our community. All proceeds go directly to the Native American Education Program and our Native American Students at Warroad Public School.
The generated funds provide financial support to coordinate cultural programming, provide resources, activities and events within the school and community of Warroad.
Strong supportive team efforts and collaboration reflects successful programs and events.
