Sixth graders saw and learned much about U.S. Customs during a visit to the Warroad Port of Entry.

Team EPIC summer planning meeting: Tuesday, May 31st at 11am in the High School Commons. All incoming 9th-12th graders are welcome to join Team EPIC. Come to the meeting to help plan and find out what Team EPIC is all about! A donation was made to H.E.L.P.P. today by students and staff who helped with the Lemonade Stand project! The donation goal was met and exceeded. Many thanks to all who purchased lemonade!

With Kindergarten Graduation tomorrow, Wed. May 24th. Here is a reminder regarding the school policy on attending programs: Information regarding elementary spring concerts! Keeping the safety of all of our students in mind, Warroad Elementary will be implementing a few new procedures for the elementary music programs. All of the elementary spring concerts will take place in the High School Gym. The concerts will also be livestreamed for anyone unable to attend. The main High School entrance by the office (Door number 15) will be the ONLY point of entry for the programs. The doors will unlock ½ hour before the performance. We ask that no one attending the concert (including parents, additional family members, friends and community members) enter the building before that time. Following the performance parents will need to sign their child out through the dismissal manager app or through the elementary office (in person) if they wish to pick up a student before the end of the school day. Students can then be picked up at the elementary office doors. At Warroad Schools ANY visitor in the building is required to have a visitor badge and sign in through the elementary office. Other Warroad students (including siblings) will not be dismissed from class to view the concert (livestream will be available). Your child’s safety is a priority to us! Last Friday night, the Gardens Arena Lobby was packed with around 350 vendors and attendees for A Taste of Warroad. This annual event features local food establishments, businesses and organizations. Attendees are able to tour market-style booths to get a “taste” of what Warroad has to offer! One of the stops included tastes provided by our own WHS Culinary students. They made incredible macarons, cake pops, wings with 3 homemade sauces, and mini egg rolls. Such an incredible event with a great turn out. Congratulations and great job to our WHS Culinary students.

It's TRACK & FIELD DAY for Warroad Elementary students! Families are welcome to come and support K-6 students as they participate in a variety of events!

BASEBALL PICTURE UPDATE: Baseball pictures have been postponed from Monday, May 23rd (today) to Tuesday, May 24th. JV and Varisty will be dismissed at 2:45 to head to the field for pictures. JH will head to the field after school to have pictures taken. Games to follow.
